Wine Selections


We are happy to offer these wine selections to choose from. Each experience includes everything needed (from start to finish) to make your wine: juice, bottles, corks, labels, capsules, use of equipment, and instruction. If you are unable to find a particular juice on the list, let us know and we will attempt to source it for you.

These selections generally make between 27-31 bottles of delicious wine. The all inclusive cost of $300 equates to a very reasonable approximate cost of ~$10 per bottle of wine.

Riesling

Riesling

This is a white grape variety which originated in Germany. Riesling is an aromatic grape variety displaying flowery and fruity aromas and crisp apple and tree fruit notes on the palate. This widely versatile grape can be finished dry to sweet depending on your preference.


Chardonnay

Chardonnay

This green skinned, white wine grape variety originated in eastern France. Chardonnay tends to be medium to light body with noticeable acidity and flavors of green plum, apple, pear as well as citrus, peach on occasion. It can be vinted in many styles, from lean and crisp to heavier with oak and a buttery mouth feel.


Pinot Grigio

The clone of the Pinot Gris, and normally grayish-blue in color, this grape variety originated in Italy and creates a deep to light golden colored white wine. The flavors can range from ripe tropical fruit notes of melon, mango, honey, lemon zest, and a hint of herbs. This variety presents with moderate to low acidity, providing a clean crisp finish to the wine.


White Zinfandel

White Zin, a pink-colored rosé is made from the Zinfandel (red) wine grape. It can be finished dry to sweet, depending on your preference and has hints of Red Zinfandel's greatness -jam, blueberry, plum, and boysenberry- that run into a tangy finish. Given its versatility, this wine can easily be fermented with other fruits, such as strawberry to create a wine that explodes with candied fruit and fresh strawberry aroma. 


Cabernet/Syrah/Zinfandel Blend

This full bodied red wine blend bursts with bold fruit and berry flavors. By using toasted oak, you will gain the right notes of vanilla, dark chocolate and a hint of coffee. Cabernet originated in France and brings notes of currant and blackcurrant as well as the improved ability to age well. Syrah, also originating in France brings high levels of tannin and flavors of blackberry, mint, and black pepper notes. Lastly, Zinfandel, originating in Italy, provides a hint of raspberry and blackberry as well as increased body and robust nature of this blend.


Cabernet/Syrah/Merlot Blend

The spicy/pepper flavor of the Cabernet, berry fruit of the Syrah, and softening effects of the Merlot create a well-balanced and structured wine. The Cab and Syrah grapes, originally from France, provide berry, pepper, flavors as well as tannin and structure. The Merlot grape, also originated in France, offers velvety tannin with intense, plum and blackberry fruit notes to this blend.


Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir, produces a mostly lightly colored, medium bodied low tannin elegant and refined wine with red fruit aromas of cherries, raspberries and strawberries. It often features complex flavors of cherry, plum and currants. This is a medium bodied easy-drinking red wine that can easily be enjoyed young.
